Orders $48.98 and under in the Mainland USA receive ground shipping for $4.99 or less. That includes tracking. A2Z Ozone provides fast service and fair rates for all other shipping methods, including international shipping. For international shipping, A2Z Ozone uses DHL, UPS, or FedEx, according to the best rates and transport time.

Same day processing. Order cutoff time is 12:00 pm Eastern. Note, some products need extra time to prepare. Most industrial, commercial, and laboratory generators will require inspection before shipping. If you need a rush, please contact us and we will work hard to get it out.
Certain items may take time to build. These items include injector manifolds. For manifolds, allow 3-5 business days for building. For the larger industrial models, a custom build takes about 6-8 weeks. See the individual product pages for more information.
NOTE: Manifolds cannot be shipped overnight!

Please Note: We do not ship Air Ozone Generators to California. “Does not meet California air cleaner regulation requirements; cannot be shipped to California.” There are three Air Ozone Generators on our site. They are the A-Series: A7K, A-3500, and A-7000. Please see our CARB policy for details about California shipments.
A2Z Ozone ships primarily with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS with tracking and drop-off. We send tracking numbers to the email we have on file. Note, orders over $150 will require a signature.
If you have special shipping requirements, i.e. signature required delivery etc. please contact A2Z Ozone at 502-499-4977, Option 1, so that we can provide an accurate quote for shipping.
Any shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We take special care to protect your purchase. The boxes are sized appropriately for shipping.
Important information about how A2Z Ozone ships your products:
It is against our policy to change shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you need to change the address, please call and ask for a cancelation and place a new order with the correct shipping address.
A2Z Ozone does not alter commercial invoices, this is against international shipping laws.
All custom fees charged by either the shipping companies or government customs agencies as well as import fees are the responsibility of the customer (importer) and not the responsibility of the seller (A2Z Ozone, Inc.)
We do not ship via media mail. All shipments will have a tracking number. We do not ship internationally with USPS.
What to do if your package is damaged in transit:
Contact us as soon as you are aware of the damage. Then, for us to make a case with the shipping company, we request that you contact us to send pictures of the damage, including the packaging. We do request that you contact us within two weeks of the package’s arrival. Different carriers have different rules for the claims, but within our system of inventory, we ask for the two weeks. As long as we have the item in stock, we will send you out a new package as soon as we have the pictures.
