Prevent Ozone Generator Damage
One of the most prominent issues that our customers face is internal water damage. We recommend installing the ozone generator above your zonation. For added protection, we tell our customers to install a check valve. The best option we have is the stainless steel check valve. You need to be aware that the stainless steel check valve may affect your LPM, so you may need to make adjustments. If this adjustment is not an option for you, consider the plastic check valve. Replace the plastic check valves at least every six months.
Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) ozone exposure limits for worker’s safety.
