All Units Include a One-Year Parts and Service Warranty
New and refurbished ozone generators include one-year parts and service warranty.
Customer pays shipping to A2Z Ozone. After repair, A2Z Ozone will pay return shipping for the Mainland USA customers. Customers from off the mainland and international shipping will be paid by the customer both ways.
If you have issues with an ozone generator, whether under warranty or not, please call A2Z Ozone, Inc. at 1+502-499-4977, Option 3, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. We will troubleshoot with you over the phone or through email.

We will repair the unit and ship it back. For our international customers, troubleshooting is an option that can be very cost-effective.
A warranty will be void if the ozone generator is tampered with. If the product has a “Void If Removed” label, those labels must be intact for the warranty. Please NOTE: A2Z Ozone tracks serial numbers on most models.
If the warranty is void, we will provide a repair estimate and collect the cost before making the repair. The customer will pay the shipping back.
If the customer decides not to have the unit shipped back to them, it will be put in refurbished after 60 days. We will make the effort to contact you beforehand.
NOTE: Please remember to provide your email address and phone number when you return your unit. If available, please provide your order number to help us locate the date of purchase record. If you purchased from Amazon, you can locate this information in your orders on the top right-hand corner of amazon.com. For our website, please make sure to provide the name for which the purchase was created. Please leave a short note describing what is happening with your unit.
It is important to note that as the merchant, we cannot search for your name on Amazon. The only way for us to access the information is with the order number. For all orders, we like to verify the shipping address to ensure your address has not changed since the purchase. Please make sure to provide any contact information updates.
Sometimes the technician or customer service agent will need to communicate with you. Please do your part to keep the lines of communication open.
Note: Please follow the same procedure for the refurbished units. If the refurbished unit cannot be repaired, we will send a unit of similar value.
