Like the lab benchtops, these ozone generators provide opportunities for ozonolysis. Other applications include cleaning water during procedures. That includes managing BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) and COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) measurements.
Depending upon the contaminants in the water, some customers consider the Lab Research Water Ozone Generator for wastewater treatment.
Model | Max. Ozone Capacity | Oxygen Feed Flow Rate | Ozone Concentration (Adjustable) | Energy Usage |
6G Lab | 6 g/hour | 3 LPM | 0-65 g/m3 | 110W |
10G Lab | 10 g/hour | 4 LPM | 0-65 g/m3 | 190 W |
16G Lab | 16 g/hour | 5 LPM | 33-55 g/m3 | 180W |
NOTES:
The Lab Research Water Ozone Generators have most of the same features as the Lab Benchtops. They are reliable in research environments. These ozone generators are larger and more powerful than the Lab Benchtops.

A2Z Ozone’s Lab Research Water Ozone Generators require an oxygen source or an external air pump to operate efficiently as intended. Using an oxygen source increases the amount of ozone production to close to 100% and ensures a more pure form of ozone creation. Without oxygen, the generator produces about 1/5 of the ozone indicated. Plus, byproducts are produced with ambient air.
For your convenience, we sell oxygen generators at reasonable prices. These are the oxygen generators we know will work with our ozone generators.

A2Z Ozone’s Lab Research Water Ozone Generators allow more ozone output than the benchtops. These units produce as much ozone as some of the S-Series Industrial Water Ozone Generators. And they do not sacrifice the precision a laboratory requires. They can accommodate a much lower flow rate than an industrial ozone generator. Like the benchtops, A2Z Ozone designs the lab units with ozone-resistant, long-lasting components
