Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. An exchange refers to upgrading to a different ozone generator. We can send you an invoice for the upgrade once we inspect your return.
If you feel the unit you purchased needs to be replaced, we can service it as a warranty item for up to one year from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused.
- In the original packaging.
- For all returned units, there is a 10% restocking fee.
- Customer pays all shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Note: No returns are accepted for accessories or parts.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Accessories and Parts
- Custom Builds
- Ozonated Olive Oil
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If it is not available, we should be able to locate the order with your name, as long as it was ordered from our website. If we have a record of the purchase, we will handle the return.
For all refunds and exchanges, please provide your name for which the order was created, most recent shipping address, phone number, and email address.
Refunds
A package will not be eligible for return if the ozone generator is tampered with. If the product has a “Void If Removed” label, those labels must be intact.
Do not remove the serial number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund to the card you purchased the item with. We will notify you of the refund. The credit may take a few days to process because of banks.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If they are needing repair, we will treat it as a warranty issue as stated above. Send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
